Sacred Travel: Exploring the Mystical Energy of Avalon

Soul Journeys and Sacred Travels

I first came to know of the mystical Isle of Avalon, known to many as Glastonbury, in England, in 2019. Up until then, I was unaware that such a place lay hidden or of the healing energy that is present there.

The Isle of Avalon - the Tor

I believe certain lands call to our Souls for reasons unknown to our logical minds and we become aware of them in Divine timing. I believe there is a Soul remembrance that we experience from simply hearing the name of the place long before we arrive and the only thing that rings true, is that we must find our way back, in order to move forward in new and evolved ways. Our arrival to these sacred lands, guided by our Soul, opens dormant subconscious soul memories that we begin to re-experience. Many call this dejavu, but I like to think it's a signal from your Soul that you are exactly where you need to be, at exactly the right time.This is how I felt about Avalon the first time I heard the name and then journeyed there.

What I came to understand with Avalon, is that the sacred mystical energy there has the ability to nudge you towards the deepest Divine Soul healing, for those reclaiming their Inner Goddess or Shakti and rebalancing their divine masculine. In its totality, it's a place that has the potential to truly awaken hearts to a higher level of consciousness by connecting you to an inner union with Divine Love, if you are open to it.

There is so much to Soul journeys we as a collective are still learning and for me personally, my arrival to Avalon in both 2019 and again in 2022, was no exception to moving beyond the veil of the physical and truly awakening to its's magick.

My Spiritual Awakening journey

From 2015 - 2018, during my Saturn Return I was very much taking intuitive travels more and more. Each one was guided by an intense inner knowing from my Higher Self and Spirit guides to follow the breadcrumbs to places my Soul was remembering. It was through this process, I was learning to trust my inner wisdom and to seek ancient knowledge I was so hungry for. This wasn't about seeking knowledge from outside sources but rather intuiting the seeds of wisdom left behind here on Mother Earth, which started to activate my own psychic channel as a medium. I was in the beginning stages of becoming more aware and trusting of my clair abilities. The veil is extremely thin in Avalon and so communing with Higher Dimensional beings here and receiving psychic downloads and channeled messages came through thick and fast.

My voice awakens and Avalon calls

On one ordinary day of cleansing my home in Dubai, in 2017, during my ritual of smudging and prayer, I heard my Spirit guides instruct me to start singing. It wasn't anything I'd ever done as part of my cleansing rituals and the only time I ever sang, was in the shower! Yet the claircognizant and clairaudient message was so strong. 'Sing, open your mouth and sing' they said. I began to sing a sound, toning in a way that I had never done before and in that moment, the vibration of my own voice at that volume hit me to my core and without warning, the resonance bought me to my knees. I sobbed in pure recognition of a sound that pierced through the veil of separation and rang true to my heart. A song or sound that reverberated throughout each cell in my body and the overwhelming knowing came over me of a time when I sang such songs for healing, for transformation, for alchemy. This remembering bought me into alignment with my deepest desire in this lifetime to sing the song of my Soul once again, to live and love from the way of my heart and my truth.

In that moment, as the tears streamed down my face, I heard my guides ask me, 'do you remember who you are?' and I immediately cried out 'Yes!.' 'Who are you', they asked. 'I am a rose of the white templar.' I had no idea who that was or what it meant, but there was never any doubt over a single thing that was said or happened that day. Once you have a soul remembering that is so visceral, it stays with you throughout your lifetime, acting as a marker of awakening that you can no longer go back to sleep on.

It was from this day that I began to sing songs that stirred my heart to feel deeply again. Often lost through time, I would sing for hours as part of my daily mindfulness practice, toning and soon after, chanting mantras. I began singing songs that felt familiar to my soul but didn't make sense linguistically. Words I didn't recognise or understand poured through me. A foreign but familiar language bought me immense peace and healing. What I came to understand a few days from this occurrence was that I was channeling light language transmissions. I was in bliss.

Voice Activation, Heart Opening and Womb Wisdom

Light language was not something I was ever conscious I could experience, in fact I wasn't really aware of it in any depth. I had seen a few people online singing this kind of song, but again I barely knew about it. I decided to call a friend for some advice and she recommended I speak to a friend of hers, who was a voice coach and happened to help those that like me, who had activated their light language ability. The synchronicity to all of this was profound, as this voice coach was only in town for a few weeks from Canada and taking sessions. I immediately connected with her and began as many sessions as she could fit in before she left Dubai.

It was during these sessions that my vocal coach suggested I visit Avalon. She said she had a feeling it was a place that would help me immensely and she felt very guided to tell me so. I immediately asked, 'where is Avalon?' It seemed familiar but I had no idea about it. She told me it was in Glastonbury and that it was something for me to look into if I felt the call. You might be wondering why I'm explaining all of this to you and what it has to do with the mystical energy of Avalon. Well, you see, the nature of Avalon, is that if and when it calls you to visit it's lands, there is a deep Soul remembering, activation and healing of the Divine Feminine within that is occuring. A divine call to awaken to your higher heart, your Soul's voice and I believe that this also a land connected to deep womb healing and wisdom. Whether the voice, the heart or the womb is your path into Divine Feminine healing, or perhaps all three, Avalon is a place that calls priestesses of the Rose, who are ancient medicine women who walk the Way of the Heart, The Womb and speak their sacred Truth. Many women for the past decade or so have awakened across the world to this frequency and path. We have been witnessing the rising, healing and activation of the Divine Feminine like never before.

A few months from my vocal coach sessions, I booked my first trip to Avalon and life as I knew it, began to change in the most magical ways. I was being led not just by my Higher Self and Soul, but by The Divine Feminine, by Goddess. Guided by Goddess Isis, Mother Mary and Mary Magdalene as my guides and Ascended Masters of the Way of the Heart and Priestesses of the Rose. I was journeying deeper into the arms of surrendering my ego and following the wisdom of the feminine. I was awakening to Shakti.

Rose Medicine Ritual

My journey to Avalon kick started a lot of inner healing and Divine Feminine and Masculine awakening and rebalancing. During both trips, I connected through high vibrational portals present there and with my Spirit guides and the Ascended Masters walking with me, I was able to receive Divine Guidance and channeled messages.

Below is an outline of my main takeaways of what makes the Isle of Avalon so mystical and the energy there that you can connect with for the purposes of Spiritual Soul healing.

1) The Isle of Avalon is the heart chakra of Mother Earth

There are energy centres across Earth, that are said to correspond with the 7 Chakras within our body. Our planet has its own consciousness and chakra points, with Avalon being the heart chakra of Mother Earth. Avalon is a sacred place that vibrationally supports Heart awakening, healing and integration of Divine Love. Many people from across the world, especially healers, medicine men and women, artists, shamans, starseeds, visionaries find themselves drawn to visit Avalon for a Spiritual remembering of sorts of lost and forgotten wisdom of their sacred self. For those open or sensitive to energy, you will feel the opening of your heart chakra here.

2) The Fae and Elven Realm, Elementals and Nature Spirits

The Spirit of the land in Avalon is alive with otherworldly portals connecting us to the fae and fairy Kingdom which include elementals, elvens, tree elders and nature Spirits. The main activated portals where this type of magickal energy is felt is potent in the Chalice Well Gardens and the red spring, at the Tor, the white spring temple, Glastonbury Abbey and St Mary Magdalene church and the surrounding countryside and meadows leading to the Tor. Avalon is full of these guardian spirits that often don't interact with humans and can sometimes be perceived as mischievous. However, you can connect with their presence the more you are open to following the whispers of your intuition with pure intent, whilst respecting the lady of Avalon and all her inhabitants.

Sacred rituals and flower offerings are often made by visitors at the chalice well in the heart of Avalon where the fairy folk dwell. The Angelic frequency of Divine mercy, Divine love and Heart Consciousness is palpable here. The chalice well itself has the design of the vesica piscis which symbolizes the sacred union of the divine feminine and the creation of unity consciousness. It is also the merging of the Spiritual and Physical worlds, creating an opening of heaven on Earth within us. Many visitors like myself, sit here simply soaking up the angelic and magical energy, allowing for self healing, reflection and oneness to be integrated.

3) Tree Elder Wisdom and Energy Portal

There is a particularly potent vortex and portal of high vibrational energy between the two ancient Tree Elders in the Chalice Well Gardens. This spot is incredibly healing and just a few moments spent stepping beyond the veil will feel incredibly grounding, almost like the presence of a great grandfather and great grandmother embracing you for the most tender hug, whispering ancient wisdom into your conscious awareness.

It was here I received a message for the collective centred around remembering as Earthlings, to love and take care of our Dear Mother Earth, as she loves, grounds and supports us unconditionally. Such messages remind us of the Consciousness of Nature itself and how we are so much more connected to each living being, regardless of whether we are aware or not. We each play a part in repairing our connection to Mother Earth and in doing so, we come home to our bodies, our own humanity and begin to remember our own Divinity. Nature is perhaps our wisest teacher.

4) The healing spring waters of Avalon

The healing waters that run beneath the Tor of Avalon derive from two underground springs. The water found deep beneath mother Earth and Avalon are of significance because these waters are not generated externally, but rather, form deep in the darkness of the Great Mother.

It was here at The Tor, during my second journey where I stood at the peak, instructed by my Spirit guides and Ascended Masters to walk around the Tor 13 times to take my rites into remembering The Way of the Heart, that I felt there was water all around me, or below at the base of the mound. I was instantly taken through a portal and heard the sirens singing, mermaids swimming and the significance of The Tor being surrounded by water, making it not a very easily accessible isle of its own. I felt the peace, the tranquility and the knowing that The Tor itself was a portal enabling one to cross the threshold of the physical and commune with higher cosmic consciousness.

I learnt after this experience, that many channelers have peered through the veil, to intuit the Tor being an isle completely surrounded by the healing waters of Avalon, that now only exist ethereally, in higher dimensions of reality.

Although both springs flow from beneath the Tor, the white springs flow to the wellhouse and white springs temple and the red springs flow to the chalice well. It is said both waters offer a different vibration and healing and many make this sacred pilgrim from all over the world to take part is sacred water rituals, bathing and ceremony.

5) The sacred union of ley lines run through Avalon

The ley lines of Saint Michael and Mother Mary run through Avalon and merge beneath the Tor. With Saint Michael being the sacred masculine ley line and Mary being the Divine feminine, the Isle of Avalon vibrates at a higher frequency of Divine Love and Union. That being said, those on the path of awakening or healing their divine feminine and masculine energy can potentially benefit from the healing vibrations of these ley lines, which run from Avalon to other sacred ancient sites across England.

Personally on my first journey here I was connecting with the priestesses of the Rose, which are connected to Goddess Isis, Mother Mary and Mary Magdalene. Guided by the Goddess energy, I was healing my connection with the feminine within, releasing my attachment to having lived in both survival mode for so long and ignoring my own feminine wisdom and intuition as a path of honouring my Heart to lead my mind. This was the way of the Priestesses of the rose.

On my second trip to Avalon in 2022, I was very much in the phase of my life of healing my connection with the masculine and being able to ground the actions of my heart through me, by creating safety, protection and support offered by my inner divine masculine. It was on this trip that I very much attuned to the masculine energy present at the Tor, guided by the King energy (possibly of King Arthur or the King of the Faeries), Yeshua and Archangel Michael, I was simply guided to sit on the land and receive from the Spirit of the land, opening my awareness, through silence in harmony with the divine feminine.

All the messages I received this time around were very much to do with grounding into the Presence of my heart in order to take aligned action which was deeply rooted in my principles, values and integrity of my divine masculine.

That is the beauty of such places, especially where the ley lines meet. You will always be provided with the healing energy that you most need and are ready for, even if you are not consciously aware. I am extremely grateful to have experienced both here.

6) King Arthur, the holy grail and the Divine union of King and Queen

In the Glastonbury Abbey, the stunning ruins from the 8th century monastery still remain. As I walked these grounds, I felt transported through time. The scared energy here is so prominent, it is as though the building still stands and the peace and tranquility is ever present. The Abbey is also the resting ground for the legendary King Arthur and his tomb can be found near the high altar with his divine counterpart, Queen Guinevere.

The mystery of the holy grail and the legends of King Arthur and his Knights on a quest to find the holy grail (golden chalice) is to me, symbolic of finding the grail of eternal truth within. Once this is found within, there is a holy union with God. No longer an outside source of enlightenment, it is being with and integrating the Divine Self through ones righteous thought and actions.

As I sat on these grounds, I could feel and hear the whispers of Truth of the Holy Grail, leading me to allow myself receive the wisdom of Divine Union within. It was a full circle moment of remembering this whole trip starting off with remembering a time and another life when I was a white rose of the Knights templar. Whoever I may have been, I knew I had journeyed back, to be able to integrate the forgotten wisdom of this time into my awareness and this is always the purpose; to Remember.

7) Healing the Soul wound of being Priestess, Witch, Oracle, Mage

After years of being on the Spiritual awakening and inner healing journey, I can now look back and say, for me personally, one of the deepest soul wounds I carried within me, like many women on this path is the witch, priestess and oracle wound.

During my earlier trip here in 2019, I would say I still living in fear of being my most authentic self, believing it simply wasn't safe to be in touch with my otherwordly and deeply sensitive nature and using my psychic and mediumship abilities. It was still so hard to feel so much and not feel free enough to embody my inner magic, speaking and sharing what I knew in my bones. As much as it all came so naturally to me and was all part of what I was passionate about, the fears that were playing out were Soul deep and connected to past lives where the pain inflicted on being seen and heard for your magick meant life or death. I later learnt these soul deep wounds also ran in my feminine bloodline.

Many women on the sacred feminine healing path journey here where the Spirit of Lady Avalon and Goddesses lead women back to their hearts, wombs and help activate their voices in ways they've been training for lifetimes for. Christ Consciousness can be felt all around these lands and these are the healing vibrations of Divine Love, connected to the Consciousness of the Higher Heart.

In a place where the healing vibration of magic, mystery, mysticism, divine love, the Spirit of the white witch, oracles, mages and priestesses awaken your own inner magic, you can most certainly come home to feeling the power of being yourself here. The land here supports, grounds and nurtures you back into the arms of the Divine Mother, through the mystical energy of Mother Earth herself in one of the most sacred places in England.

8) Veil is thin here for magick and manifestation

Since the veil is thin here, there are many portals around Avalon that are open to the astral realm, otherworldly realms and Divine Consciousness. With that said, whatever you believe in your heart to be true will be the reality you manifest here in no time at all. This is also why it is such a healing place. The window to the unseen realm of Spirit is very much alive here and so magic, mysticism and manifestation are all constant here. In my experiences the synchronicities and manifestations were literally out of this world! It's definitely a place to watch what you wish for in the best way possible!
